Ultimate Power, Inc., a New York State corporation, was originally formed in 1970 for the purpose of conducting business as a mechanical contractor in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry. We have grown to become a full service building Technology Company, specializing in a full range of Building and Energy Solutions and Services.
From all your heating and cooling plant systems and services to the latest state of the art "open systems" direct digital controls, including Honeywell Excel 5000 and Circon Open Systems; UPI is uniquely qualified to meet your technical needs and exceed your expectations of a prompt, quality, responsive business partner. We deliver design/build and engineering services as well as complete project management and service management resources with years of industry experience.
We are qualified to perform all work necessary to complete Technical Service and/or Solution contracts from approximately $10,000.00 to over $6,000,000.000
Primarily, we utilize our own plant and personnel for all our Solution and Service work. Major sheet metal and pipe insulation is sub-contracted to experienced and approved sub-contractors only. We pride ourselves as a total "turn-key" provider for all buildings in all industries. Building owners, Facility managers and the Architect and Engineering community can count on UPI as a proven, performance based, Solution and Service Company.
Accountability: UPI has never been barred from State, Federal or any "bid and spec" work. We have also never failed to satisfactorily complete any work we have been contracted for.Financial Relationship: Suffolk County National Bank (SCNB) located in Babylon, N.Y., handles our main banking Services.
Bonding: Vanguard Coverage Corporation furnishes our bid, performance and payment bonds. We enjoy a very high rating with a present bond capacity of 3.0 million for single contracts, and up to a 6.0 million aggregate for work in progress.
Insurance: UPI maintains complete insurance coverage. Necessary certification is provided upon request.
